Looked like you didn't have shoes one. They will help a ton, and be nice on your feet. Start from both feet, land land on your left than continue your bounds. You got better on your third jumps because you had momentum. If you start with both legs it is better. But looks like you wanted to do it starting on one leg. Anyways cool vid.
Looks good man. I bet your distance has improved. Mine has since about 6 months ago by more than 6 inches.

this isnt a bound guys....it is single leg triple jump..its much more intense than your regular bounds....where you alternate between the legs
i think it is fine whatever you are doing bro! just make sure your knees can take it(i hope u can squat >=1.5xbw?)
