@MedicAlv1 - You can get a standard vise at any hardware store, and buy the shaft clamp at Golfsmith or Golfworks. They have all the tools yuo'll need.

It worked well for me, first time I have tried regripping a club. I used White Spirit (perhaps this is the UK name for mineral spirits). Thanks

i have been looking a few places for the right solvent, but can't find any.
I have been told that i use regular gasoline for a car. is this true? or do i need something more specific?
