It may take some time for your membership request to be accepted at gazette_daily, though, but gazette-media is open membership, and like any news of the gazette (like live reports of their Venemous cell tour :D ) are there. They just released TOXIC, actually, and they released Remember the Urge sometime this year too.

@junsuxxcutie Wakaremichi mean Parting Road or Broken road depending on how you translate it. This was also the first song that they released. So it makes sense that this would be the last song that they play if they were ever to disband.

@BloodyBlackCat His voice is like that because he was fighting off crying from the crowed singing. The more lives you watch (especially of Miseinen) you figure out that this is how he sounds when he's singing while crying/trying not to cry :') So sweet

@BloodyBlackCat This was the last song of the live, so he is losing his voice. If you watch the newer lives, the same thing happens. Normally when they play Misienen last, he doesn't sing all the lines of the song.

Ruki's voice has changed a lot since he first sung this song, and so has the song.. i thought Ruki changed his singing style because something went wrong with his voice, i mean it did get deeper later on. i'm glad he can still sing this song just like he did back then, this is definitely one of my favourite songs by them.

The only thing I don't like about the GazettE is that I can't figure out where to put their albums on my record shelf, 'cause it's organized by genre. I eventually just decided to have a section for bands who sort of have their own genre. I love their music, their old stuff, their new stuff, all of it! Their amazing on their albums and live! I really hope they come to Canada (hopefully in or near Ottawa) I wanna see them live!

Oh God ever since I found out they'd play this first song of theirs as their last before they break up and I read the English translation of Wakaremichi, it always makes me cry ;A;

The Gazeboys had such solemn expressions on their faces when the fans sang together as one, and Ruki's gentle smile and 'arigatou' really tugged at my heartstrings.

@WinsterG In japan the idealism is more or less to "watch" the performance and be a part of it as an audience instead of raving constantly like the states. That's why you see them enjoy the music with their ears and hearts, and using hand gestures to follow the song. In the more "darker" songs they like to headbang instead. ;]

It's amazing how far the GazettE has come...from their very early days with songs like Wakaremichi, Best Friends, and Linda Candy Dive Pinky Heaven...to Filth in the Beauty, Guren, LEECH, The Invisible Wall, 13 stairs [-] 1, Shiroki Yuutsu, and Before I Decay...

and a new one known as "Shiver" coming out this 07/21.

But as the band grew, the audience and their fans grew with them. Not just the number of fans...but the fans love for them.

@WinsterG They're not disbanding. This is, what... 5 years ago? From their first live dvd? They decided after this to never play the song live anymore until they disband because some fans actually thought they were breaking up, I think.
