Great programme. Michael Brandon looked really worried just before that knife came through the door. Bet he was hoping the planning was spot on !!!!!.
@1815ish 30 episodes were made in total(only 20 of them aired in the U.S.)...for roughly a season and a half, in American broadcast terms. In British terms, it may well have been 3 seasons since they have different ideas on how long a season is.
Now it seems like she was the only logical path from Playmobil and Lego to manhood :-)-) I think that guys who were young in the 90's had the same experience with Pamela Anderson or Yasmine Bleeth.
This was my childhood favourite! Wanted to be a real man like him and have a cute girlfriend like her! Now, a quarter century later, none of that happened (except for some nasty bosses like Spikings over time) but I bought the series on DVD just to have this trip on Memory Lane whenever I need it. Thank you Brandon, thank you Glynis!
Loved this show. Fancied the pants of Makepeace. Little did I realise Glenda in Eastenders i her. I hadn't regonised her. Best bit about the show was the way they got the intro looking and feeling like it was an American made show. Which made it watchable for me. Found 80s TV in the UK boring, American shows like the A-Team etc made TV fun. And Dempsey and Makepeace managed to capture that just right.
