switch to a Nova or something for the jump then back to the vette

They actually ran a real C4 ZR1 Corvette into the wall in that movie. It had borla exhaust, too. What a shame!

@2010AGAIN Actually, that was a 1984 Corvette they smashed into the wall. Then, they used a fake airbag for the effect after the accident. There was a real C4 ZR-1 in the film, the owner was on the set and would only let the car be used for engine shots and light driving scenes. The '84 Corvette, made up to look like a ZR-1, was used for the heavy chase scenes and jumps.

Fun movie. Cheezy, worst dialouge ever, but the chases and cars are great. Available on VHS.
