@0511LM You don't set up a proxy server on the computer. The proxy server is on the iPhone. Your computer is setup as a client to that server.

You shouldn't need instructions for Windows or Linux, it is pretty clear, you simply create an AdHoc network on your computer, join that adhoc network from your iPhone, set the static IP on the iPhone, set your computer to use a proxy server on that IP and port 1337, open the app on the iPhone and enter the color sequence. Done. The iPhone acts as a proxy server. If the above doesn't make sense to you, you probably shouldn't bother with this or need to do some googling.
