your effect is too slow. 4 frames is enough. that will sell the effect even better. and yout footage looks like its in slomo.
but your effect itsself is very good

Nope Sony Vegas just doesnt have the special effects built in. I know becouse i have Vegas 7 myself

No there are no add-on's for Sony vegas, I just ment that Sony Vegas does not have them at all
