Actually he did hit that white BMW 3 series. Look closely at the rear end of the white car after retard barrels thru. It gets knocked sideways a little, and there's a big puff pf smoke from their tires or something. And good call noticing the traffic cam flash. It's too bright to just be a light reflection off of someones mirror.

Actually, I may need to take that back-- there are two tells in here that lend to legitimacy: 1. The traffic camera on the far side of the street goes off (look for the flash in the upper middle left), and the pedestrian with the white bag of groceries in the group begins to emerge from behind the white fan for a brief moment but immediately steps back when the car goes flying through. Though I still say there's no way he didn't clip that white sports car...
