No GOodz its not Hey You On Pink Floyd the Wall which was compared to this ( its another song I cant think of or wanna spend the time looking up) and yes FAde to black uses the same riff DO you even play guitar? its clear.. u can hear it perhaps u need to learn some music theory along the way as well

I have a version of this that the band did in 1989 that was a bit rockier with drums around the time of their "Bread And Circus" record, so it definately existed before the Metallica song. what douche would think anyone as brilliant as Glen Phillips would ever want to rip off a meathead like James Hetfield. lol

The song that made me fall in love wth TTWS and forever make me a Glen Phillips fan. The chanting at the end is so haunting and beautiful, I still use their songs to meditate to because it's so relaxing, forget new age music, this band sends me far closer to enlightenment. ;)
