Ralph Bighead wants to move on with his career, but the network executives say he owes them one more show before he can be released from his contract. So he hires Rocko, Filbert, and Heffer to make a show so bad so it can get canceled, but it becomes a instant success with the viewing audience.

Sadly,the mayo was only shown in 5 episodes of Season 1 of Wacky Delly,due to a complain by the cheese who thought the mayo was stealing his fanbase.
