u only need to give wallace a plate and a cement saw after u give katey her zombrex on day 3 at 7 o.clock then at 9 o;clock on the 4th day u will get a message for tape it or die

You need to find them earlier and have cement saw and plates with you, Don't remember what day but you can find it here on youtube. after that you have to play up till overtime mode before you get the call

@jase1340 by having the magazine from bingo hall, it makes the survivors stronger, meaning you dont have to carry or give them a shoulder, really helpfull
