I honestly mean no harm,,,,,,but,,,,if the health department ever had a look at your daily operation while this employee cutting the dough was there,,,you would be shut down for good. I'm sure your product is great tasting,,they look to be delicious, but you MUST correct and train these folks a bit of cleanliness. Good luck to you.
OMG, YUM!!! I ate soft pretzels like they were going out of style when I was growing up in Philly. Shame they don't have anything comparable on the west coast.
no hair nets ? cloth gloves ? and why is the first guy who is cutting the dough not wearing something over his clothes like an apron ? hate to think where or what his sweatshirt and jeans where before going to work.
You're right. This place looks like the most disgusting un-hygenic piece of crap place. Maybe all the crap on the guy's clothes is the secret ingredient that gives the pretzels that extra umph.
@MrSouthphillyitalian Why would you say it to me? I don't have a food service business. But, if I did I can guarantee you that I wouldn't explain away what looks like a little lax hygiene (the guy is wearing what looks like his personal sweatshirt instead of a company issue apron that comes from a professional cleaners) by telling people that it happens in other places. You take steps to worry about your company and not what McDonald's does. I don't say it to insult you or your product.

There is no better snack on this Earth! And I don't mean just any "Philly soft pretzel"...I mean pretzels from Center City Pretzel Co.
Anywhere else just doesn't compare!

@MrSouthphillyitalian Because it happens in one place doesn't mean it should happen everywhere.
