yeah how was the lightmap created, does maya automatically create it for you?

@meitiek92 I'm pretty sure you just type the path to an empty .iff image and do a render. Maya automatically writes it.

lightmap is just a file for Maya to store lighting information. It can be any type of image format.

By lightmap, are we talking hdri, image based lighting??
