@dabhavzoov You didn't have to go at him with issues. And I think his movies are pretty decent for Hmong movies. But I'm not sure about it compared to others. Hmong people still have a long way to be hood enough compared to others but we're getting there.

@yogtsispaub What two guys? Well, Tsom Xyooj isn't THAT old. He's only in his early 20's. He just looks old sometimes. The acting is okay. Duab Ci and some other characters just needs more practice in acting since she's new to it. Overall, the movie is pretty decent since this was the 2nd movie the Producer made.

Never have I watched hmoob movies fully on youtube, sorry, I do support hmoob people but not in ways to say things that aren't true. I have watched chinese drama movies online and youtube because they REALLY don't have copyright laws at all. I have never watched any pirated movies online either. I do wait till it comes out on movies. As for hmoob movies, I buy them when I want to watch them. But the only thing that got under my skin is to claim something that is not true.

@aimkoj Most of them in this movie are new to acting. Except for Tsom Xyooj and the parents. Duab Ci is only good at singing. I think this is her 1st movie as the main character.

I didn't know that. What does it mean? It'll be good for Hmong actors/actresses to get some acting classes from a few actors/actresses in the U.S. That way, they can improve more, and the movie won't feel so fake.

@yogtsispaub What two guys? Well, Tsom Xyooj isn't THAT old. He's only in his early 20's. He just looks old sometimes. The acting is okay. Duab Ci and some other characters just needs more practice in acting since she's new to it. Overall, the movie is pretty decent since this was the 2nd movie the Producer made.

Never have I watched hmoob movies fully on youtube, sorry, I do support hmoob people but not in ways to say things that aren't true. I have watched chinese drama movies online and youtube because they REALLY don't have copyright laws at all. I have never watched any pirated movies online either. I do wait till it comes out on movies. As for hmoob movies, I buy them when I want to watch them. But the only thing that got under my skin is to claim something that is not true.
