Thanks for the review! I was at least semi interested in this game as I thought it might be similar to the old PC arcade racer Speed Haste. I like the sensation of speed that they've managed to put in this but between $20 for a fast paced game with decent wiimote controls or $20 to buy Excite Truck and F-Zero GX second hand I'll take the latter any day.

And it is pretty fun, for a very short time. I personally think I fair price is more like $5, and if you want to give some value to the included wheel, then maybe $10? lol I have no idea really, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you can get it really cheap. Sorry I'm not much help.

Story is the best part, very imaginative, and impressive if that was from off the top of your head, still good if it wasn't. Try and put some more 'out take' story lines in upcoming videos if you find time :)
@electronlover Thanks! I had the ideas in my head, but I had to write it all down first to tighten it up. I couldn't do it off the top of my head, I would've being saying "um" and "uhh" every other word. :) If I come up with other story ideas in the future, I'll hopefully just put them right in the video. The one here was originally supposed to be in the main video itself, but then I wimped out. Oh well. lol

@Zezamaroo Do you mean they don't appeal to you because of lack of options or unlockables? I've never played NFS Underground. I think the last one I played extensively was Most Wanted on the GameCube. I guess I prefer the older style NFS games like Hot Pursuit on the PS1. Man, there's a lot of Need for Speed games. lol
this game seems like a great basis for what could be a great game. Someone needs to go back to this engine and make a deep racing game

Great review, never heard of the game, might have been okay with a bit more content.
I loved the town hall story at the end, really made me smile.

Racing games have never appealed to me because of this reason. Only ones I like are Need for Speed: Underground 1 & 2.
