Ahmad your officially my BEST YOUTUBE BUDDY! I did the moves you suggested in this video. I gotta say I feel so releaved in my lower back right now. I'm going to do these everyday. The stretch feels really good and I had no pain when I did it! Thank u, thank u!!! Sabrina :)
Thanks, Ahmad! It's good to do these before you even get out of bed in the morning, Sabrina. Hugging alternate knees to the chest slowly for a nice gentle stretch before arising feels pretty good, too.
woo yeah tried that new move and got about .33 of the way through one rep. hahaha, but that's cool some of the advanced stuff I'll be able to do when I get lighter. :-) it's cool that you're focusing on wls people YAY!
like 3 or 4, its 4:08 where I'm at right now, not sure what time central, but Im in New Orleans ya heard meh, and I'm trying to get my arms and chest bigger and tryingt o gain weight
