Maybe its because heterosexual people never notice how many times they see this in a day but they tend to pay more attention and make a bigger deal about seeing gay images.
why are there so many heterosexual images in the media? I cant turn on the T.V without seeing a heterosexual kiss or innuendo. Every single advertisement in the main stream media in Australia is littered with heterosexual images even when the product has nothing to do with who the person sleeps with i.e breakfast cereals,shampoo commercials need i go on.
well, for one, it's tradition. Since the onset of television. Are you suggesting a subtle mix of homosexual themes in the media? Or rather promote asexual images? Like unseen narrators discussing some panoramic views, or some nature like settings?
