In 1986, people still listened to cassette tapes and sometimes even records/vinyl. My older sister was 17, I was 13; she brought this home one day...she had it on vinyl. This album was so friggin' awesome. So much fun. People used to bring their boomboxes to school and we'd jam out to it in the hallways.

The clerk sold her this album. My friend loved it, lent it to me, I loved it, I lent it to another friend, he loved it. That clerk made 3 brand spanking new lifelong Beastie Boys' fans with that one recommendation. Thanks clerk, and, thanks to my friend's Mom. Awesome.
