YOU'RE A TEASE. This looks really good but I could feed a homeless family for a year for what people are charging to get young coconuts shipped out. I ended up using pineapple instead. We'll see what happens. I should have probably added some apple because my puree was pretty wet.
Hi Natasha, how long does the fruit leather last (if you can resist to eat it all!) & what's the best method to store it, like in vacuum bags or glass jar, or freezer.
Hi Natasha ... where do you get Thai Coconuts? By the way ....if you put your teflon sheets directly on a counter, it's easier to spread it out. After you have it spread it then place it on the grid for dehydrating. It just goes way faster..../after I find the Thai Coconut I'll make this. Great job. All the best: Angela
@domesticallyliterate see if you can find an asian market in your area. i found the thai coconuts at an asian market for less than $2.00 whereas at the health food store in our area they are $5.99! Sorry my response is a year late. i was searching for videos about fruit leather.
Yeh How can you Dehydrate if if you don't have a dehydrater AND is there anything i can use instead of coconut ... im just not a big fan of coconut :)
Thanks so much for your high spirit. This recepie sounds so good that I'll try it as soon as I get the kiwi and apple chips out of my dehydrator that I put in this morning. I'll definitly join u spiritually for the Novemeber 09 Juicing.
You look extra radiant and fantastic in this video! :) What temperature do you set your dehydrator at and how long does it approx take to be done? Thanks in advance. :)
What kind of dehydrator do you have and/or recommend? Sorry if you already mentioned in a previous posting! Also -loved the pulp cracker recipe. What else do you do with your Chia Seeds? Thanks!!

I have just recently discovered my kitchen - turns out I had one ^_^
So I'm also new to this whole cooking thing, how much do dehydrators cost? (just an estimate) thanks in advance! ^_^
Also; can you do the same thing with citrus fruits and kiwi's? my favorites ;-)
