Between the two, I have to go with "stranger in a strange land". I always loved that solo. Which is the absolute best of all the songs is a matter of opinion. There's so many. Which song is really the best? Who knows. Which band is the greatest? We all know the answer to that!

I love Iron maiden, but I found that their worst quality for the most part is the solos. I've never liked most of the solos, and the ones I do like are adrian's solos because he is the best out of the 3 in terms of soloing. My vote goes to stranger in a strange land

I've been thinking the same thing. Maiden's weak point is definitely the solos, and, to a lesser extent, imho, the guitarists too. Not saying that Dave and Adrian aren't great guitarists, but Bruce, Steve and Nicko are all among the world's best on their respective instrument (at least within metal).

Rofl I don't agree with you at all Izds2112 i play guitar. by the sounds of you don't.lol Adrian and Dave have more skill and talent in solos then pretty much any guitarists of their era. The only few that are even close are people like Randy Rhoads and Kai Hansen They destroy everyone else period. And Bruce being the best metal vocalist Yeah in your opinion rofl. He is definitely one of my favorite vocalists, but technically speaking ( like how you are with guitarists) Michael Kiske is better.

Adrian and Dave are among the best in the world no doubt. I have never heard more of masterpiece of songs then from them. And their harmonies are flawless. Stranger in a strange lands is a better all around solo but Powerslave is great too.

personally? stranger in a strange land. I think adrian really put alot of hard work and soul into that solo, as well as his many different playing styles. Where Dave in the powerslave solo, Uses just his pulloff technique, and too much wah.
