Hello Chungsan1, The transistor can be TIP107 or similar (Vbe=100V dc). You can also make an easier setup in which you can use an electric motor which you can buy, and you will find the generated electricity far more than the electricity consumed by the electric motor. This way it will be like a very simple experiment demonstrating Faraday's Law. My Colleague is now more interested to finish his work.. Good Luck.

As you see the setup for this electric generator is very simple and probably you can be quicker than my colleague. Once he will finish I will notify you.
