Once there were 6 servers from india and an indian caterer with his staff working for the Hotel chain I manage a Banquet department in. None of them had a time concept or a sense of intensity. Knowing his - I substituted and put them on the schedule 1 hour before they actually had to be there - it worked out wonderful! I couldn't detect intensity in any of them. Stop dragging your butts and move along or u gonna be here for 2 days instead of 8-10hours was my standard comment. such FUN!! :)lol
