Music Panel Interface - Gnome 3 (Ubuntu 11.10)

i wonder if i can find a fix for a poblem im having with gnome, the task bar thing (bar at the top of every app) that contains all the options and such... with gnome 3 its supposed to be intigrated with the application window... sadly it doesnt work for everything, and id really like if it were placed back at the task bar thing
