I'm not quie sure what you mean by the title of the video where yoochun was crying, but i guess that you might curious about why he cried. From what I know, the scence that you saw him cried, it was when dbsk got the awards as best group artist in 2004.

And if you heard him speaking in korean in this video, it was him who speaking to thanks their fans for the support sth like that, i don't know korean but i used to read some translation about this somewhere.
