@RoTPhEaR Halifax, Nova Scotia. You should know a few considering half our population flocked to Alberta for work. haha. Not sure if you cheer either of the Alberta hockey teams, or even like hockey, but how 'bout them Oilers, eh? Cup in 2-3 years? They're in a similar position that the Blackhawks were in before becoming an NHL juggernaut. I wish the habs took a similar re-building approach instead of turning into a damn freak show.

@XforeverlongingX It's hard being philosophical when I can't ponder a thought for more than 3 seconds. haha. The no smoking is so far a success. No relapse at all. I'm using the patches, but more importantly, I've gotten out of the "habits": smoking while driving, first thing in the morning, etc.

I haven't gone a day without the patches, but one thing is for sure - I'll use them forever if I have to. Addiction to the patch is healthier and cheaper than cigarettes!
