  • It's V2a from (presumably) Havana, Cuba. It's on 9038 kHz.

  • an operator says a code in numbers and then often plays a tone and a spy writes them down and uses his/her decoder to see the message, ESPIONAGE 100% the us government swares they now what they all mean

  • It is nicknamed Attencion and it is the retard commie Cubans that broadcast it.

  • lol.

  • rofl xD

  • Definitely Cuba. Sometimes they screw up, rewind while transmitting and replay the same tape - stupid commies ;)

  • what is that USB? AM ?

  • a special form of DFM dynamic frequency modulation. We start with a Frequency Modulated signal, except we modulate with a carrier of 10KHz instead of near 100MHz for standard broadcast FM. then we XOR it in a DSP and reverse engineer our own work (lol get it?) and after that we use a precision D-A converter with no over sampling (of course) and modulate that with a frequency carrier, or, use AM for SW bands. have fun kids.

  • The world would be so much better without wankers like you...

  • Cuban V2 numbers station.

  • You're a hunter?

  • I live on the GULF coast and I hear this woman calling Spanish numbers ANY given night I so choose to take the shortwave radio out at night.

GOT to be mostly out of CUBA!

  • i live in central florida. how can i listen in? do i need special equipment?

  • just a Short Wave radio

  • Think again retard...

  • hey your going to need a short wave receiver about 100 buck Grundigs are good

  • That's a Cuban V2 number station

and yeah, they're creepy as fuck

  • Seriously creepy!

  • I find the creepiest part is how they sound so... threatening... sinister... when they pronounce the numbers.

But yes, definately sounds like a numbers station. Nice find capnbigboobies!

  • I just found this station in another video too: watch?v=ngq4LrJVO0I

  • That pronunciation is for clarity over long distance (ionosphere skip.) This one is known to come from Cuba but much of it is believed to be ruse because the same message has been known to repeat several months apart.

  • I find that the "Swedish Rhapsody" station that used to use the little kid's voice is enough to make me sleep with the lights on!

  • Numbers stations are always, or at least usually, computer generated voices.
