I dont use much compression on my bass sounds,just need a good amp

One of the reasons I use a pick, a Ric(hard woods tend to compress more) and go for a light, even attack.

...so some dumbass engineer doesn't destroy what I work so hard at - I know you're not one, but there sure are a lot out there!
