  • I liked it matey

  • wow, dude, you are amazing!!! is the best adaptation of the Bradbury's book than never seen!!! the music, the "location", the caracters, all is very good, I see this video and I think how many things we must to learn to have more respect for all ancient cultures and languages and peoples than lived their life before us, even are of outer space...in next centuries, men will go to another and distant places, and is very probable than dialogue of this video will occur, congratulations your work!!!

  • Long shot; medium shot; closeup; repeat. camera tracking, panning... study Kubrick... not the figurines, the director! Good music an story, tho'!

  • Amazing fu%$in job, man! Dude, ever thought about adapting this and doing a short? Ya got talent.

  • Great song choice, I love Icebreaker International. And very haunting visuals, even though low-tech ...

  • I remember watching this when i was little. Brought lots of great memories back.

    Like your models!

  • A 90 minutes version, edited out of three episodes of the series, was theatrically released in France a year before the complete version was weekly aired on television.

  • That was quite fab.

  • just amazing!

  • Great book by Ray Bradbury; I can't believe that the whole world is in ruins at the end. This just goes to show you how innately cruel the human race is.

  • hey mrs w class shout out 2 matt

    lol

    this video is awesome!

  • lol. Ya, its sick. Serious! (Yes, that is what we bostonians say. sick.)

  • OBB you are a genious!!!!

And of course, I also love the works of Bradbury.

    (And the Madelman)

  • Until today, my video THE MARTIAN CHRONICLES was silent. But I've selected a song and added it to my vid, "Port of Halifax", from Icebreaker International (Audioswap) Hope you like it.

También he puesto en abierto el mismo vídeo pero en su versión en castellano, por si alguien prefiere verlo con los subtítulos en español, con la misma música extraída de la biblioteca de temas de Audiswap de Youtube.

  • I love the ending of the book, where the entire family is looking at their images reflected on the river. Nice video Omahabeachboy 5 stars!

  • I saw the first post. wasn't able to login to rate it .. It really answered my questions. Thanks

  • congratulations, da best i've ever seen.

  • Totally cool diorama, well done indeed. I'm such a fan of the martian chronicles and yours is a pretty good adaptation.

  • Interesting concept, but I think that it needs music.

  • Well, this is properly a "diorama" rather than a "concept". Thanks, anyhow. And when I will be a musician, my vids will have music.

  • True....It will double the impact,

can't you just record some (soundtrack)

    of the original series,OBB66 ?

  • Thanks. Yes, sure, I actually have the soundtrack you've mentioned, but I don't want to use someone else's music.

  • Very nicely done. And you could make a soundtrack without music (like Hitchcock's The Birds).
