I use Pledge on my horn and it keeps my slide smooth..maybe u can try that...

Sure, you can single tongue in jazz and get it to sound refined, however if you try to use all single tongue, you will still be limited to a certain speed.

How specific could anybody get in a 3 minute video? For someone who doesn't even know what doodletonguing is, this is a good beginning. Anyone who wants to get into it more, get McChesney's book, or take lessons.
