Drink tons of water, Chew you food ALOT, eat smaller portions spread out through the day.

So I'm not saying diet, meaning change the food you eat, change the way you eat.

Those were some of the things I changed and Lost almost 30 pounds. Seeing the difference i then changed the food I ate, and exercised way more.

Just try drinking triple the amount of water u drink now and u should drop another kg in a week or so!

Oh and check out jamcore fitness, theres a guy named Jamo! Google him!

Sate or satay is the same thing.

Sate is an Indonesian dish (of Javanese origin) and became popular since 19th century.

As many Indonesian descent are now citizens of Singapore and other countries, you can find Sate in those countries as well (though the name may vary).
