  • Peace Peace. I like making guacamole out of avocado. Mash it and add sea salt, fresh ginger, cayenne, fresh lemon juice. Use it to dip chips or veggies. Quality snack.

  • @soulfulbodymind Thanks for the recipe! I may have to try that because I definitely did not like the avocado by itself :)

  • 57$?? For 2 weeks?? Wow. I share my food so maybe thats the problem. I grocery shop mostly late at night and its STILL crazy because there is only 2 or 3 lines open lol. I'm a vegetarian but I'm trying to go vegan. Cows milk...yuck but cheese? Baby please!

You know what would sound good to do with avocados? Kale chips dipped in creamy guacamole. Anyway, love the video thanks for sharing.

  • @ladyEulaelie I'm still trying to shake the cheese lol. I have heard of Kale chips, but I have never actually had any.

  • Avocado is whats hot in the street. Although I enjoy couscous I hate Tabuli. That stuff is just not my cup of tea. Remember when your couscous is done to fluff it out with a fork. We love Walmart shopping in this house just not on the Weekend.lol! It is off the chain on Sundays. You would think they are giving something away for free and they just aren't.

  • ur hair looks nice!

  • @kharyzma4u Thanks :)

  • I have been considering going vegan for a while. Not sure what to eat. I have cut out Beef and Pork for several months now. Curious about your morning shakes and your others meals as well. Looking forward to seeing more about your vegan journey. By the way, love your hair. Take Care and God Bless, Big Thanks!!

  • @nikkieblue Buy the book entitled "Vegetarian for dummies" It gives a lot of great info as far as what foods provide the necessary nutrition you will need so that you are not depriving yourself of anything. You won't go hungry I promise lol. I'm actually discovering new recipes and new foods to try. So the word of food will definitely become larger and exciting. I will try to do more videos on what I eat and share them with you all :)

  • honestly i put a bit of salt n just eat it. esp with a meal.

  • Be sure to let us know how your new foods turn out!!!

  • @maximuslyricus I definitely will :)

  • you make me wanna go vegetarian! its seems so exciting.. trying new foods! I am not a fan of avocados. I think its b/c I don't know how to pick them. the dark green ones turn out okay, but they are usually almost spoiled by the time I get them home. the lg bright green ones are always awful:(

on the other hand, I love couscous!! I use to make it w/ sauteed veggies. yum!! it doesn't really have a taste per se. I used it as an alternative to rice.

  • @themukisa11 It really is exciting trying different foods. I was so picky growing up. I was very limited in the foods that I ate and I especially hated most vegetables. There were even certain foods I would eat only if was cooked a certain way or at one specific restaurant. The only thing I can't stomach is a food that has an unappealing smell. If my nose can't get around it, then my stomach won't either...lol

  • Blend it up the key to it is making it smooth add garlic a diced tomato and seasoning use this as dip or replace mayo with it on a veggie sandwich.

  • @SheCantReplaceMe Thanks! Let me write this down! lol

  • I love avocados! especially cut up as a topping on a salad or even on top of rice. I also tried an avocado and egg salad sandwich...very tasty. my favorite dip is mash avocado with chopped tomatos, green, peppers, and onions.

  • @blessednhm Wow! I didn't know you could do so much with an avacado...lol. I can't wait to try your suggestions :)
