You played reall well, but why is the video timing so off?

It just depends on how the simfile is made. Often times the videos will be off due to the natural delays of the game ("ready, go!" and loading the initial background picture) and there's really nothing you can do about it unless you edit the videos slightly. It's more bother than it's worth most of the time. :x
