BMI is a bullshit way to determine obesity. Not saying the woman in this video isn't obese, just saying that Body mass index is a completely inaccurate and irrelevant means of determining if one is obese.

@NERDFREAKINGPOWER I completely agree... It shocks me that doctors are still so naive with the whole BMI - You cannot determine someone's HEALTHY weight based on a chart with hight and weight. What about Bone Mass, water retention, muscle mass, the whole structure and frame of one individual is completely different to anyone else. They need to get with the times - BMI has no credibility and unfortunately as soon as a 'professional' starts talking about it - their credibility also vanishes.

I am a small girl I know I am my tummy is a bit round and flabby because I had a child. I look like a regular skinny girl but put me on a scale you will see I am a heavy set woman. my problem is I put the weight on and have trouble getting it off. I hardly eat a thing and my grandmother will tell you this its because I am on a birth-control that makes you gain weight its the needle and I am on pills that can give you cravings or can also add to weight gain. I was never the type to over eat
