Your right.. I would much rather see someone on Ebay get this hammer that will use the hammer correctly and appreciate it, rather than someone like this that bought it dirt cheap and has video of destroying it..
I'm not sure if you were aware of this or not, but hammering 'dry' dies, or cold dies together is really NOT a good idea... unless you want a cracked sow block, cracked ram, shattered dies, broken toggles, clapped-out bearings and so on. It's a beautiful little hammer you have, by the way. Nice old motor... and the slapping of the belt-joint is MUSIC! Cheers.
