I like the effects, i think the lighting was alittle too flat though. Some good animation in it. The ending did not have a big pay off from the great start i thought.
This was Monstrously creative! No pun intended. I love the puppets! The animation was a little choppy for me, though. Are the puppets twisted aluminum or ball and socket?
Everything a short needs to be, I couldn't look away! I am a pro at this stuff and I know how much of a challenge creating something that captures the viewer. This does it, it entertains. Great Job!
Amazing

Did you make the puppet yourself?
then did you use an editor to remove the background and use flash, with the sprites to create the animation?

That was pretty cool. I really like the design of the first creature. I wish I had that kind of sculpting talent.

the big pink dude should roll the rock to the ocean... that would have made more sense if he wanted the black thing to leave him alone...

so does foam latex hold strong and keep it's position? It doesn't recoil after you move it, does it?
CormiersCorner 4 years ago
That would depend on the strength of the armature.

ah, that makes sense. Where can you get this stuff?
CormiersCorner 4 years ago
Ya those creatures are awesome cant wait until I start with latex.

I use wire armatures made from a combination of florist wire and beading wire.
