ok two questions, why is he going slower than normal, and second, why are the mains split here, ive always wondered that

I'm not too sure on the speed, since I didn't have my scanner. There could have been a little back-up at LPC that caused him to slow down.
I'm honestly not too sure on the split mains. I believe that it starts around LPC and ends near Pequot. I've been wondering myself.
