It IS more personal--Sean wrote about the backstory in his blog. Apparently he and Alan had a huge fight, "the kind that start with 'Do you know what your problem is...?'" and went off in separate corners of a gym to sulk. But they couldn't stand it, and made up. They sent poems to each other via their iPhones, which eventually became this song. You can read about in his blog, Tosh (tells no) Tails, available on the band's website
