how is it ilegal? if you buy the software legit you can do what you want with it. its illegal to sell non apple computers with mac os on it.

end user license agreement. if you buy it, its yours. since when do companies have control over what you do with their stuff
read the DMCA on how you must fallow the EULA if you don't like it go use windows or linux!
