i used to stay behind the coffin to the lower left and just wait for spawns, they were speratic but worked well and never got hit.

Abusing the Naga is easier, but comes a lot later: Just kill the Naga and DON'T pick up the scale it drops. Exit the room from the back and re-enter. Naga will be alive and unable to fight back.

I think you get like 10 karma per kill.

actually, it's best to stay near the front gate and use the lower coffin as cover. The ghouls tend to pop out more frequently that way, especially from what I see here in this video.

haha I used to do this trick.

The best place to farm nuyen was in the junk yard. There was a screen to the right that didn't really have anything to do in it but kill baddies. They drop big $.

I found the best way to grind for Karma is go into the room with the vampire and his 4 minion goons. I cant remember if you jave to kill the vampire first before doing this. You get the 4 ghouls to chase you and then you run onto the stairs and wait, they cant climb the stairs (although to begin with one may come up and then slide back down the stairs to the bottom again). You can then pick them off one at a time and after they are dead, leave the room, come back in and repeat.

@Edd731 Yep that's the trick... you don't have to kill the vampire just go in, go up the stairs a bit and shoot til the zombies die then repeat. Alternating 2 and 3 karma every time... I don't think there's a better spot in the whole game.

The nuyen trick is a bit more involving. You have to go back through the deserted ship and go through the portal in the jester's lair, the enter the portal that transports you back to the docks. It triggers some glitch that revives Vladimir and you go kill him again for 5000 nuyen. Repeat as often as you like.

Nice trick, but what is more difficult to farm in this game than Karma is Nuyen. There are a lot of computers to hack, but you'll still take your time for the rest.

Don't forget it's even faster if you'd hire Anders, Norbert and Steelflight / Kitsune (PERMA) :P

I prefer the Golden Snake-thingy more though but this is a good spot for the earlier part.

From what I know, on these ghouls, the gun doesn't make any change unless you have enough firearms skill to make minimal damage and always clean shot.

It takes always 6 shots to take them down.

If you stand all the way to the SE, on the southern tip of the SE coffin (or around the southern tip), then you can take down ghouls that spawn from both coffins instead of herding them. If you stand at the correct point, the ghouls' movement will be blocked by the coffins and you can pick them off rather easy. This is my preferred place for Karma grinding. =D

I used to do this too back then (just another coffin) to look if you can have more than 999 Karma. Well, yes... you can ^^
