Another workaround, is just change the Administration Console Cookie name, following these steps:
On WLS Admin Console, navigate to:
Home > Domain
Then look for: "Console Cookie Name" and make it match with the cookie from em.

John, great video. Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse also comes with a deployment plan editor now which would be another option instead of editing plans by hand. Cheers, James
