Well, its rather bulky then fragile :)

I have tested on field - its useless. I am working on the ver.2. It will be made with lcd viewfinder and laser ir illuminator.

i believe i just bought the exact same viewfinder. im planing on keeping the rubber eye pad thing on mine and just cutting the angle out from between. and cutting the the plastic where you glued the camera onto and fitting a project box to that. where i will store both batteries and an array of LEDs.
