My school's performance of "The Crucible" is in February, and we've added in the opening scene in the woods as well; as it is not in the script. I like what you've done, however I think it is a little too "mysterious" and "witchy." Whereas, it was meant to be lighthearted and fun. I think this kind of misses the point how there never was any real witchery, but young girls following a twisted companion's footsteps to stay out of trouble.

one of the students choreographed it. She plays mary warren. This was done at our school. It was so much fun to do!! There were 30 people in the cast
