I heard Assault horizon legacy is remake of Ace Combat 2 for the N3DS. And ZOE has his own theme song and two words for that is BAD.ASS.

But i'm attepmting to get Ace Combat 3DS, its actually a remake of AC2 and then i found out that Z.O.E has its own theme kinda like the theme of the cobra since "The Cobra" is a favorite move to Z.O.E Commander and uses it all the time on here and the theme was so badass i tell ya and wondering how the ZOE's flying on 3DS will look like one things for sure they will be doing a lot of counter manuvers even US back on Assault Horizon.

Ace Combat Assault Horizon fucking sucks, they completly got rid of everything that was great about the Ace Combat series, the fictive world, the anonymous player pilot, the gameplay is dumbed down to satisfy gamers of today, gamers who don't want to give much effort to achieve something, heck, even the music isn't as memorable as in the previous series of Ace Combat games.

@mitrooper It evolved, I will always look upon this game and all the others fondly. Assault Horizon took everything that we gained from all the other Ace Combats and added in another element. The game is great, the music is great. I like what Ace Combat has turned into now.

I remember this day, was the biggest sea battle in my life, and my fighter is no aircraft jet, was an F15C. My mission was to support my comrades to destroy enemy ships blocking our way, my mission was ensure their safety by destroying air targets which then allowed them to use anti ship missles to sink em. its strange the first thing i shot down was a F18 flying straight towards me, why didnt he make a turn and fire a flare? still today i dont know the anser, ps. i shot down rafales

@Luciferdesrea those red fighters are known as the Z.O.E squadron rivals of Scarface that means you.Each ZOE has its own ranks from Major to Commander.But all i know is the Commander pilots the ADF-01 FALKEN don't know about the others.

I remember this sea battle. as soon as i bombed the enemy fleet i remeber a F-18 enemy fighter approaching hed on 12 oclock and i fired a missle destroying the navel air craft. what was that pilot thinking anyway??? moron.

feel kinda bad that his aircraft carrier got bombed so he had no ship to return too, we won the sea battle, all enemy ships were badly destroyed.

@15924 They have been overused because nothing else fits just like they do.

A dogfight is supposed to give you a rush of adrenaline, to put you in a state of near transe. A GREAT electro synth might do it, but orchestras definitely don't. I have no problem with them, Liberation Of Gracemeria is one of my favourite AC musics ever, but it just feels awkward to be in a huge dogfight with orchestral sounds in the background. Specially for one like me who grew up on AC and AC2...

ah i remember this battle. i flew the RAFALE. it was a difficult mission. it was set in the afternoon, a sea battle. perhaps the greatest sea battle i will ever fight in agian. it was 8 years ago, i first shot down a FA 18 comming head on, it was an easy target though the enemy ship anti AA guns caused problems, thanks to long range anti ship missles we were winning, then enemy jet black rafale aces attacked, we shot them down and finished off the enemy ships. yeah,
