this gun sucks. it shoots worse than the bofors.

maybe its due to its caliber. This gun fires 25mm shells whereas the Bofors AA gun shoots 40mm ammunition.

Anyway, a threat to any aircraft.

i much prefer using the bofors AA gun. Thats probably cos I can't shoot planes for my life and 1 bofor hit is enough to take a fighter out straight away.

I played a trial for this game it was awful, had to wait for a commander to actaully have a mission going before i could leave the menu and get into it, ive had better out of a battlefield1942 mod tbh

There are always missions up but you have to select different brigades to spawn from. You probably started in a brigade that was not attacking any target. The UI is rather poor so it's not clear for new players what to do. Ask for help on the chat channels, people are very helpful in this game and will show you where to go.

mle38 is such a versitile unit in the game. Although I am lucky to hit 1 out of 10 planes I shoot at with it, the thing kicks total ass when defending FBs against incoming opels & EI. Or even better to light up a spawnable in town when EI have capped & are spawning like mad...

Great shooting man! The mle38 is a challenge to use since there's a reload wait for the magazines. And you shot those little 109s just as easy as the Stukas! You showed great skill with this AA and I shall try to learn from it when I next try the mle38.

I favor the Bofors myself but since watching this, I have been inspired!
