lately i was not happy with pakistan because of how some of my countrymen were treating my community, the ahmediyas and other minorities. i was watching the final, at new york univeristy, in a room filled with pakistanis of all type, and a few indian hockey lovers and when the game ended i surprised myself by jumping up and down with joy.

goes to show the pure power of sports in bringing a nation together. i realized that at the end of the day, we are all pakistanis, proud and united.
