My wrist looked like that because of it has a straight grip instead of a pistol grip. Once again, the AK does not produce enough recoil to break bones. If you've actually shot one, you would see that.

In fact, if a 7.62x39 were shot in doors next to a camera of this type, it would bust out the microphone on it.

Also, since 7.62x39's are high powered rifle rounds, they use a lot of black powder. Black powder creates a lot of smoke. You would easily see this indoors.

Secondly the recoil is not absorbed by it being gas. I would know because I own an actual 7.62x39 rifle made by Izhmash that was built in the Izhevsk Machinebuilding Plant in Russia, where the original first AK's (and all official Russian AK's were/are built ). You cannot bump fire one handed. You need something holding the weapon in place to bump fire with your other hand. One hand holds the rifle in place, while the other hand gently touches the trigger and "bump fires" as the recoil knocks it back. As there is no 2nd hand holding the rifle in place, "bump firing" is impossible.
