I think the meaning is that the TV has not attracted any new human consumers recently, as shown by the butt prints. It goes out to try and attract the animals, and when they aren't interested, the tv forcibly makes them enjoy him by making them explode. Then, he see's the humans, and they arent interested either, so he/she explodes them, too. Then, he meets the other TV's and notices that they are lonely, so he brings the animals and humans to them.

You see people watching tv, consuming, nothing is crazy enough, I suppose it's the artists view on society that we've all become slaves of this consumers/technological world and that in the end we'll draw the shortest straw and loose... so I kinda gues it's a warning... and it's such a big message that you probably can go on and find new meaning to it, awesome video that's for sure!
