@piano88keys Thank you. It's a free program for Windows and Mac called Synthesia. You can download it from the Synthesia game (it's a "game" in that it is similar to Guitar Hero, but it is also a tool for learning such as here) website. I think you can also buy additional features such as displaying sheet music and the like.

Once you download Synthesia all you need afterward is a midi file of the song you wish to learn (which can be easy or hard to find depending on what it is).

Never played piano before have you? This is very much possible to play with swift hands. Experienced pianists, when playing more complicated pieces like Rachmaninoff, have their hands going everwhere. But yes, on some parts of this you will need some improvisational skills.
