Now thats training. Western culture will never be successfull at hardcore sports like this because of our touchie-feelie way we go about coaching. This really got me fired up watching it. Thanks for posting.

All due respect to sumo and how tough to become a wrestler, the practice format is inefficient. You have one guy training his ass off and others standing and watching. Granted they train outside like weight training etc, this format of inefficient practice is preventing some from getting better imo.
