Yeah, good tips. People just gotta remember, if you eat more, you got to burn more. Calories going in get burned or stored as fat (well, that's not 100% right, ex: protein calories can build muscle).
Eat often. Eat in moderation. Eat healthy. Drink water. Get plenty of excercise. Then you'll have a Happy Thanksgiving! And Christmas!

Ahh this thanks giving...I think im gonna be bad :( and do a "scheduled deviation" as one person put it. Just because I'm pretty broke and I dont get to eat very hearty, homecooked meals. BUT I am amping up my exercise! and for Christmas I want the Flat Belly Diet Book/ Cookbook :)
I'm planning on being good for Thanksgiving. I've had issues with binge eating in the past and I've always been thin, but I get so much anxiety from overeating that I just don't do it nemore to prevent that anxiety.
For Christmas I want new makeup and possibly the Cook Yourself Thin cookbook! :D
